Services
ICONNIX provides custom software engineering, web and mobile application development, ERP and LMS platforms, and related consulting. The specific scope, deliverables, timeline, and fees for any engagement are defined in a separate written proposal or agreement.
Quotes & Payment
Quotes are estimates based on the information available at the time and may be revised if project scope changes. Payment terms are set out in the applicable proposal.
Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, ownership of project deliverables transfers to the client as specified in the engagement agreement. ICONNIX retains rights to its pre-existing tools, frameworks, and know-how.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ICONNIX is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of our website or services.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the website after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
