ICONNIX provides digital services including but not limited to web development, mobile application development, UI/UX design, and brand identity design. The specific scope, timeline, and deliverables for each project will be outlined in a separate project agreement or proposal.

2. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, all intellectual property rights for the deliverables created during a project remain with ICONNIX until full payment is received. Upon full payment, the client is granted the rights to use the final deliverables as specified in the project agreement. ICONNIX retains the right to showcase the work as part of its professional portfolio.

3. Client Responsibilities

To ensure the success of your project, you agree to:

• Provide clear requirements and timely feedback.
• Supply necessary assets (content, images, logos) in a timely manner.
• Ensure you have the rights to use any assets provided to us.
• Meet payment schedules as outlined in the project agreement.

4. Payment Terms

Payment terms, including deposits, milestone payments, and final payments, will be specified in your project quote or agreement. We reserve the right to suspend work if payments are not made according to the agreed schedule.

5. Limitation of Liability

ICONNIX will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our services or website. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the uptime or performance of any software or website after it has been delivered and accepted.

6. Termination

Either party may terminate a project agreement with written notice if the other party breaches the terms. In the event of termination, the client will be billed for all work completed up to the termination date.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Sri Lanka. Any disputes arising from these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Sri Lanka.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Your continued use of our website or services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
